Ever thought you missed out on a great career opportunity and hate your decision?

I had a great career opportunity but did not take it now I truly hate the fact that I did not take the job. Now the same position is being offered again. Do you think the director will give me another chance after telling me that she will go through applications next week and the best person will be picked.

   I gave up a great opportunity a couple years ago for a great job but was lucky enough to have that same job reopen a year ago and I re-applied for the position and this time I took it. I have not regret it since.
